The 50 for 50 list

  1. At least 3 x 20 minutes sessions per week on the music keyboard 
  2. At least 3 x exercise sessions per week
  3. Gym with Pam x 2 per week
  4. Finish one knitting project
  5. Finish a sewing project
  6. Paint a picture
  7. Search for the domestic goddess inside me
  8. Look after the house more
  9. Cook more
  10. Eat a green smoothie every day (within reason – sometimes it won't be possible)
  11. Lose the 2 stone I've been pretending to try to lose for years
  12. Aim to leave the house every day. (Within reason, weather permitting. No more than 2 days in a row indoors)
  13. Complete C25K program

  16. Write an ebook

  21. Cycle 50 km in a day (this might be a tough one)
